Rob has been with Moss Adams since 1998. He works extensively with clients in the health care industry, including hospitals, medical groups and individual physicians, providing strategic tax planning and compliance services. He leads the firm’s Washington State Health Care Tax Practice and serves on the firm's Health Care Executive Committee. Rob is also a frequent speaker and author on the impacts of health care reform.

MaryCaitlin Willcuts, Manager, State & Local Tax Services, Moss Adams

MaryCaitlin Willcuts has been in public accounting since 2010. She is a member of the State & Local Tax Services team, primarily focused on hiring and wage based incentives including the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC), Disaster credits, zone based incentives, Paid Family Leave credit and state hiring credits. She currently manages the Moss Adams MaxCredits® program, a full-service platform for claiming these tax credits.

Gabriel Sermeno, Senior Manager, State & Local Tax Services, Moss Adams

Gabriel has worked in economic development consulting since 2011. He consults with clients on statutory and discretionary credits and incentives related to economic development activity such as job creation and retention, capital investment, and employee training. He also advises clients on multistate incentive opportunities related to site selection, corporate expansion, and relocation.
