Building Back Better: Align Cash Flow and Margin to Meet Mission

As your health care organization stabilizes and reimagines care delivery in the COVID-19 pandemic, it’s an ideal time to improve user experience for stakeholders in the billing, payment, and transactions ecosystem.

Providers, patients, and payers all crave streamlining and digitizing the billing and transactions process. Those tackling outdated systems aren’t only improving the patient experience, they’re also cutting administrative waste and burden, improving cash flow, tightening the revenue cycle, and supporting providers in their mission of improving population health.

Join us for a conversation with health care leaders from J.P. Morgan, who are at the forefront of payer–provider collaboration and are enabling natively digital financial communication. We’ll discuss the impact of digitization on health care payment transactions, the role revenue cycle plays in enabling a health care delivery system to thrive in this new environment, and how to:

  • Drive value for your organization through digital transaction processes
  • Honor consumer demand for digital engagement and change management for all stakeholders
  • Redesign and continuously improve digitally enabled processes through a lean management system
