Tracy has been in public accounting since 1997. She provides a range of tax consulting and compliance services to public charities, private foundations, universities, associations, and health care organizations, helping these entities from formation to termination. Tracy is an integral part of the training programs run by Moss Adams and external groups, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of College and University Business Officers, California Society of Certified Public Accountants, California Society of Association Executives, and Council on Foundations.
