Tym has worked in the telecommunications industry in both consulting and corporate capacities since 2010. He focuses on regulatory compliance and reform issues. Tym’s expertise includes National Exchange Carrier Association (NECA) relations and reporting, USAC and FCC reporting, access rate development and tariff review plans, federal Lifeline requirements, Alternative Connect America Model (ACAM) and universal service reform analysis, and access billing.
