Biography

Keegan is a specialist in all aspects of partnership taxation. He assists clients with joint venture matters along the entire business life cycle, including structuring domestic and foreign partnership acquisition and disposition transactions.

Keegan has more than 10 years of experience helping taxpayers understand and navigate the federal income tax consequences of their business transactions. He also has extensive experience advising clients on tax equity investment structuring and renewable energy tax credits.

Keegan is a founder of the Partnership Consulting & Modeling practice at Moss Adams, which specializes in analyzing, interpreting, and modeling complex partnership transactions and economic agreements and the development of partnership tax technology.

Prior to joining Moss Adams, Keegan served as a government attorney with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, Passthroughs and Special Industries, and in the national offices of large international accounting firms.
