Bill has practiced public accounting since 2008. He has experience advising on state and local income, franchise, net worth, gross receipts, premiums, sales/use, property tax, employment tax, transfer tax, and unclaimed property matters.
Bill helps clients on the multistate tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings. Additionally, he helps clients with state and local income and indirect tax planning, nexus determinations, unitary analysis, credits and incentives, and controversies. Prior to joining Moss Adams, Bill was in-house state and local tax planning counsel to one of the world’s largest energy producers. Bill was also previously a senior tax manager for one of the nation's leading real estate investment trusts and a manager in a Big Four Firm.
