Biography

Bill has more than 30 years of tax and business valuation experience. He performs tax compliance and consulting services for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other business entities. He assists clients with valuations of closely held stock and partnership interests as well as valuation issues such as buy-sell agreements; estate, gift, and income tax planning; shareholder disputes; stock-based compensation arrangements; divorce; commercial litigation; and ESOPs. He also serves as an expert witness in matters related to economic damages and lost profits. Bill serves clients in the health care, manufacturing, wholesale, leasing, and professional services industries.

Prior to joining Moss Adams, Bill was responsible for securing two prestigious accolades awarded by Texas Lawyer: Best Forensic Accounting Firm and Best Valuation Company in Dallas. His degree in law, when combined with extensive training and experience as a mediator, offers clients an alternative to litigation.
