Biography

Brian began his public accounting career in 1980 and focuses on serving tribal governments as well as tribal gaming enterprises, tribal housing and utility authorities, and other tribal organizations. Before joining Moss Adams, he served for nine years as the finance director for two tribes, the Swinomish tribe in Washington and the Hualapai tribe in Arizona. Drawing on deep experience, he provides tribal clients with practical, proven solutions to their unique challenges. Along with audit services, he consults on a variety of issues, including management of indirect costs, financial analyses, and improving organizational effectiveness. Specific areas of expertise include:
