Daniel Vincent


Dan has been helping health care providers and payers improve financial and operational improvement activities since 1984. He’s an adaptive change agent with a patient focus, and provides cost and yield improvement in the areas of strategic, financial, and operational planning; managed care operations; and Lean Six Sigma program development. Dan also focuses on financial accounting controls and procedures, new service line planning and development, supply chain and procurement services, cost management improvement, change management, and expert witness and litigation support.

Dan is a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Treasury Professional, and a Fellow of the Life Management Institute.
