David has worked in health care finance since 1999. His primary areas of focus include budgeting and forecasting, strategic business planning, financial reporting, and month-end operating reviews for large health care systems.
David also has experience in third-party government payor reimbursement functions, including Medicare, Medicaid, and other governmental cost report filings, audits, appeals, and staying current on all federal and state government regulatory payment changes and updates.
Before joining Moss Adams, David was the corporate director of reimbursement for a large health care system with $5.4 billion in total revenues. His responsibilities included third-party government functions as well as the month-end and the annual budgeting processes for Medicare and Medicaid along with Managed Medicare and Managed Medicaid.
