Deanna has over 20 years of experience in the health care industry with a focus on specialty and multi-specialty physician organizations, both independent and integrated. Her expertise includes hospital and physician growth market strategies, service line development, performance analysis, and clinical integration and business innovation models (specifically ACOs and MSOs) that maximize revenue. She works with clients to develop and execute on strategic planning relating to market expansion of the physician network and engaging the hospital and its vendors and patients to ensure broad engagement. Deanna also counsels clients on physician compensation, board governance, payer contract negotiation, capital and operating budget development and management, deep engagement, and top performance. She has extensive experience with strategically driving down costs while simultaneously and significantly growing top line revenue while improving clinical quality and patient access.
Throughout her career, Deanna has led health care organizations across the United States as a consultant and has held senior executive positions. She most recently served as the CEO for a large multi-specialty physician organization with a Medicare Track 1 Accountable Care and for-profit Management Services Organizations.
