Donovan has worked in finance and research since 2009. He participates in valuations for operating companies, partnerships, and limited liability corporations for a variety of purposes including M&As, estate and gift tax, financial reporting, and corporate planning.

Donovan has experience with valuation of common and preferred stock, partnership and LLC interests, and debt and derivative securities. Prior to joining Moss Adams, he worked as a research analyst for a global investment management firm.
