Biography

Donovan has been working in finance and research since 2009. He participates in valuations for operating companies, partnerships, and limited liability corporations for a variety of purposes including mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, corporate planning, estate and gift tax, and employee stock ownership plans. He has experience with valuation of common and preferred stock, partnership and LLC interests, and debt and derivative securities. Prior to joining Moss Adams, he worked as a research analyst for a global investment management firm.
