Greg has led the firm’s real estate practice since joining Moss Adams in 2006. Over his 33 years in public accounting, he has served myriad clients, almost exclusively in the real estate industry. Greg has provided audit and advisory services to real estate value-added opportunity funds, REITs, single- and multifamily homebuilders, and residential land developers.

In addition to traditional accounting, he has helped his clients with valuation, fair value reporting, and impairment analyses. Greg’s expertise in real estate has also afforded him the opportunity to work extensively on strategic business planning and equity capital strategies for his clients. Prior to joining Moss Adams, he was a partner at Kenneth Leventhal & Company and Ernst & Young.
