Heidi is a certified lean leader with professional expertise in lean transformation and strategy deployment. An innovative thinker and creative problem solver, Heidi is trained in hoshin kanri and performs Gemba visits and executive interviews to help understand a client’s current state and prepare for lean transformation. In addition, Heidi has directed marketing campaigns and lead lean workshops for healthcare and other industries, including academic, management consulting, pharma/IP law, golf, wine and finance. She has also directed the development of case study materials on lean application and results in health care.

Heidi served as a principal and chief marketing officer at Rona Consulting Group (RCG) until it combined with Moss Adams in 2017. RCG’s founders were early adopters of the Toyota Management System in the health care setting. While at RCG she deployed strategic initiatives as they related to brand equity, pricing, product, partnerships and growth. In this role, she performed lean healthcare assessments and lead lean workshops, improved company operational processes, designed and produced training materials, and managed book publishing and IT development.
