Heidi has worked with health care clients since 1996. She’s a certified lean leader with professional expertise in lean transformation, strategy deployment (hoshin kanri), and the President’s Diagnosis—a lean enterprise maturity assessment model.

An innovative thinker and creative problem solver, Heidi conducts executive interviews and gemba visits, performs assessments, and leads lean workshops for health care executives and frontline teams. In addition to her client-facing work, Heidi leads growth strategy for the practice.

In previous roles, Heidi directed creative campaigns for a broad range of industries and led strategic initiatives as they related to branding, pricing, product development, and partnerships to drive business growth.
