Biography

John has practiced public accounting since 1998 and is the leader of the firm’s real estate and hospitality practice in Dallas. He provides audit and advisory services for real estate, hospitality and financial services clients that include real estate and hospitality joint ventures/funds, real estate developers, property management companies, securities broker dealers, commodity pools, hedge funds, and investment advisors. John’s experience includes researching complex business transactions, including matters relating to business combinations, share-based compensation, income tax issues, and fair value reporting. Additionally, he has extensive experience with investment company accounting, and broker dealer regulations under SEC Rules 17a-5, 15c3-1, and 15c3-3.
