Biography

Lisa has 26 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and consulting, with 20 years dedicated to public accounting. She provides financial statement and consulting services to CCRCs, home health agencies, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living centers, mental health centers, community health centers, multi- and single-specialty physician clinics, managed care services, independent physician organizations, and health and welfare trusts. She also has significant experience with tax-exempt bond offerings and HUD financing.

Lisa’s responsibilities include managing engagements from the planning stage through completion, directing the work of engagement teams, and using firm resources to help solve client problems. Lisa has experience conducting audits in accordance with the U.S. Office of Management and Budget Circular A-133, Audits of States, Local Governments and Nonprofit Organizations, and the Accounting and Audit Guide for Healthcare Organizations issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Lisa has facilitated strategic planning sessions, board education, internal control consultation, join venture consultation, and agreed upon procedures engagements for health care and not-for-profit clients of all types.
