Madeline has stepped in as an outsourced controller or technical accountant for clients and has helped design policies and procedures and create efficiencies within the close process.
Madeline is often involved in the identification of key controls as well as the testing the design and operating effectiveness of these controls for both purposes of SOX 404(a) and 404(b) assessments.
