Rob has worked as a financial and regulatory consultant for small to mid-size rural broadband carriers since 1993. He’s responsible for client tariff rate development and pricing and bundling strategies, and has extensive experience in financial forecasting, rate of return regulation, company-specific jurisdictional separations studies, economic pricing model development, and developing loan forecasts and grant applications.
Rob provides subject matter expertise in telecommunications accounting and state and federal regulatory matters. He performs client-focused industry training as well as strategic planning for boards in both regulated and nonregulated company operations.
