Two Partners Join Moss Adams in Silicon Valley

Addition of New Partners Expands Tax Capabilities

Silicon Valley, March 2, 2015 — Moss Adams LLP, one of the largest accounting and business consulting firms in the nation, today announced that Eve Dreyfuss and Kevin Hasegawa have joined the Silicon Valley office as partners, continuing the firm’s strong personnel growth in California.

“We’re pleased to welcome Eve and Kevin to the firm and we are all excited to see their experience and expertise applied to their new roles here at Moss Adams,” said Steve Vidlock, partner-in-charge for the Silicon Valley office. “Eve’s experience in tax planning and structuring as well as Kevin’s background in compliance and consulting will make them valuable additions to our office and invaluable resources to our clients.”

Dreyfuss brings to the firm 15 years of professional tax planning experience. She specializes in tax structuring and planning for numerous industries including construction, real estate, manufacturing, high technology and individuals.

Hasegawa has practiced public accounting since 1988 and provides compliance and consulting services related to corporate income tax, ASC 740 issues, acquisitions and divestitures, international taxes, and state and local taxes. Hasegawa has spent the majority of his career working with technology companies ranging from venture-backed start-ups to large multinational firms.
