Assurance

You'll work closely with our industry-focused teams to deliver quality audits and other assurance services to both public and privately owned middle-market companies as well as not-for-profit and governmental organizations. It’s a chance to direct projects, develop others, and manage client relationships.

As part of the audit team, you’ll gain experience performing the following services:

  • Conducting engagement planning, process and controls testing, audit procedures, analytical reviews, and accounting research as well as draft financial statements, disclosures, and other reports.
  • Working with seasoned professionals who provide clients with the information and tools they need to achieve their operational, compliance, and financial-reporting goals.
  • Delivering business process control services in areas such as internal audit, construction audit, SOX compliance, royalty compliance, and government contracting.
  • Helping clients implement effective and efficient processes and controls needed to mitigate internal and external organization threats and exposures.

Tax

As part of the tax team, you'll deliver quality tax solutions to a broad range of clients, including public and privately owned middle-market companies as well as not-for-profit organizations and high net worth individuals. You’ll help clients and gain expertise in the following areas:

  • Developing industry expertise and hone your skills in areas such as partnerships, estate planning, international taxation, and tax provisions.
  • Working with clients to stay abreast of current and proposed laws and compliance requirements in the income and franchise, sales and transaction, and property tax arenas.
  • Participating in projects related to tax credits, incentives, and refunds; or unemployment tax, refund audits, or nexus analysis and planning.

Information Technology Consulting

Working for our IT auditing and IT consulting teams, you’ll help clients establish priorities, perform gap analyses, develop strategies, and implement an improved infrastructure. You’ll consult with clients on processes and technologies that allow them to advance the way they do business.

IT auditing work includes helping companies stay in compliance with statutory requirements and performing system and organization controls (SOC) examinations, PCI QSA/ASV engagements, and security and technology assessments. IT consulting work includes providing system implementation services, business continuity assessments, governance and strategic planning, and change management services.

Boost efficiency and revenue by streamlining a company’s organization and processes. Strategic technical and competitive benchmarking as well as internal and performance audits will keep businesses well-equipped for driving forward no matter what challenges they face.

Transactions Consulting

As part of the team, you’ll provide strategic advisory and investment banking services to middle-market companies, helping business owners and executives make strategic decisions about the future of their companies. You’ll be involved in financial analyses, strategic planning, and competitive evaluations. You'll also help with performing key merger and acquisition transactions as well as arranging growth or buyout capital of private companies.

You'll collaborate with our valuation services team, which performs hundreds of valuations each year. Focus areas include mergers and acquisitions, purchase price allocation, stock option reporting, wealth planning and compliance services, ESOPs, shareholder admission, litigation, and dissolution.

You may also participate in projects related to patents, licenses, customer lists, trademarks and trade names, song catalogs, promissory notes, and personal goodwill.

Specialty Consulting

You'll work with our dedicated industry professionals in our specialist consulting practices—ranging from health care and financial services to telecommunications. You could also work with our team focused on growth in China to help clients tackle daily challenges and navigate changing financial landscapes successfully.

Wealth Management

In wealth management, you’ll provide collaborative strategies to help build, manage, and preserve net worth for individuals, business owners, and their companies. You’ll be part of an uniquely integrated investment advisory team that aligns objectives and goals with financial planning and investment management.

The finance team delivers a range of enterprise services vital to the firm’s operations such as client billing, payroll, forecasting, and reporting. Finance professionals are committed to precision, efficiency, and excellence.

Yes. We provide all campus hires support for the CPA exam, including review materials, exam sitting fees, and time off to sit for the exam.
