Follett served as the chief practice officer for Moss Adams since October 2011. In his role as president and chief operating officer, Follett will be responsible for firm operations and administration, and will oversee daily operations including finance, human resources and information technology. “I’m honored to step into this role and help lead Moss Adams into the future,” Follett said. “I hope to continue the firm’s legacy and commitment to our people and excellent client service.”
In his new role as regional managing partner of consulting, Fohn will guide the rapidly growing consulting practice, leveraging his operational leadership experience to expand the firm’s current consulting offerings and further develop the practice.
“I’m excited to get closer to our client service delivery again,” Fohn said. “There’s been a clear and growing appetite among our clients for additional consulting offerings. Along with our tax and assurance practice, our consulting capabilities are integral to the holistic service approach we want to provide our middle-market clients.”
