Powered by the Moss Adams Foundation, our firm comes together and gives back to effect real change in the world. In 2022, our employees, partners, and the foundation funded causes and communities in need, contributing more than $2 million to philanthropic groups, relief efforts, social equity, educational and environmental initiatives, and special projects.
The 2022 Moss Adams Foundation Annual Report is now available. In it we explore how we’re pursuing the foundation’s mission to cultivate opportunity in our communities. In 2022, we placed an emphasis on participation, encouraging everyone to contribute.
We broke participation records and nearly doubled our financial impact from 2018, just five years ago. We introduced an Earth Day campaign and approved paid volunteer time off. None of these accomplishments would be possible without our people and their continued generosity.
