Mike Lumsden, CPA, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Mike has practiced public accounting since 2010. He specializes in providing tax services to tax-exempt organizations, such as health care companies, schools and universities, museums, and foundations. Mike has extensive experience with tax compliance, unrelated business income analysis, research, and complex tax matters related to ongoing compliance and targeted tax planning. He’s also practiced in working with for-profit clients, specifically corporations and partnerships.

Jane Coleman, CPA, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Jane is a CPA and has practiced public accounting since 2008. She specializes in providing tax and consulting services to not-for-profit organizations in various industries. Jane’s experience includes a variety of clients in the not-for-profit industry, including universities, religious organizations, foundations, and social service organizations.. Jane is also a board member for Dreams for Change.
