Daniel Wheeler, Founder, FinTech Bank

Daniel Wheeler is a Founder of Financial Technology Bank. Prior to stepping into his founder role, Daniel was a Banking and Fintech regulatory partner in the Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner law firm and led the firm's fintech regulatory practice. For 22 years, he has advised banks, crypto and blockchain companies, financial technology companies, credit unions, and other financial institutions on their most important challenges and opportunities. Daniel is particularly adept at helping his clients innovate, including the design and upgrade of consumer and commercial financial products and business lines. In fact, Daniel is named as a co-inventor with a client in a patent application covering a novel commercial financial application. Daniel has helped clients solve significant regulatory challenges. Sometimes this involves intervention and advocacy with the Federal Reserve, FDIC, OCC, NCUA, CFPB and state financial regulators, as well as negotiation of enforcement actions.

Craig Sanders, Partner, Moss Adams

Craig has been providing audit and IT security services since 1999. He works with clients in the financial services industry to implement core business systems, Internet banking and cash management platforms, business continuity and disaster recovery planning and programs, GLBA compliance, and telecommunications and security systems. Prior to joining Moss Adams, Craig was the president and CEO of a financial services consulting firm that provided IT security, regulatory compliance, and internal audit services to financial services organizations. He also has experience working for a national single-source technology solutions company and a corporate IT solutions sales company, and he was the CIO of a multi-billion-dollar financial institution.

Tullus Miller, Partner and Financial Services Group Leader, Moss Adams

Tullus has more than 20 years of experience primarily serving commercial loan and banking organizations, credit unions, mortgage banking companies, and other specialty lenders and investment partnerships and companies. The services he provides clients include financial statement audits, SEC filings and registration statements, internal control evaluations, initial acquisition audits, derivatives, securitization accounting, and merger and acquisition consulting.

Irina Berkon, Chief Financial Officer, Metallicus, Inc.

Finance and accounting professional with over 15 years of progressive hands-on experience in corporate finance, IPO (software company in 2015), M&As (multiple software companies in 2017 and 2020), compliance and regulatory functions and corporate structures. During her nearly 10 years at Grant Thornton, LLP, served on financial audits of various industries, including financial services. Irina is a CPA (inactive) in the state of California, current Chief Financial Officer of Metallicus, Inc. and is a Managing Director of a women-focused angel investing fund Golden Seeds.
