For more than 25 years, Francis has specialized in providing cybersecurity and information technology consulting services. He focuses extensively on helping clients with IT planning, systems analyses, payment card industry security, and achieving and maintaining compliance with national and international privacy regulations.

Glenn Wattum, Partner, Moss Adams

Glenn has been in public accounting since 1991. He provides taxation and financial accounting services to companies in the construction, engineering, and real estate industries. He is a lead tax partner for the Puget Sound Region construction and real estate group and also served on the steering committee for the firm’s construction industry group. His experience also includes consulting with closely held corporations, S corporations, and LLCs; structural tax planning; techniques to maximize shareholder value; compensation planning; and business expansion.

Jode Beauvais, Partner, Moss Adams

Jode has been in public accounting since 1995. She is responsible for tax planning, consulting, and compliance for a variety of clients, including high net worth individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts. She provides tax, financial, and estate planning services to closely held businesses, families, and individuals with the mission of helping them define, measure, and achieve their financial goals. She also assists business owners and other individuals with complex income and estate tax planning needs. Her experience in the estate planning and compliance arena spans her entire career.
