Ariel has provided grant compliance, policy development, internal audit, and other consulting services since 2014. She focuses on grant compliance and consulting services with a variety of clients in state and local governments, not-for-profits, and Tribes throughout the western United States.
Ariel has worked with a variety of funding sources including the American Rescue Plan Act, CARES Act, and COVID-19 relief funding. She specializes in consulting with a variety of pass-through entities and has extensive expertise in working with subrecipients and executing subrecipient monitoring, strategic planning for funding uses, cost allocation methodology development, time and effort studies, and policy and procedure consulting.
