Kelly has practiced public accounting since 2003. She primarily works with flow-through entities, focusing on tax impact to individual owners. She provides creative solutions for complex tax planning, including restructuring, joint ventures, transfers of interests, acquisitions and dispositions, redemptions, and various special tax allocations.

Kelly began her career at a Big Four firm and later held a tax consulting role for a fully integrated real estate services firm. Her experience outside public accounting helped her understand how the CFO and finance functions work, which helps her provide meaningful and impactful solutions to manage risk and provide value to her clients.
