Moss Adams Combines with Sousa & Weber

The firm expands its presence in Southern California.

SEATTLE, June 22, 2022—Moss Adams, one of the largest accounting, consulting and wealth management firms in the nation, announced it has agreed to combine with Sousa & Weber, a public accounting, tax and business advisory firm located in Los Angeles, Calif. Effective August 1, 2022, eight professionals from Sousa & Weber, including its two founding partners, will join Moss Adams.

This combination was particularly appealing to both firms due to their shared depth of technical industry expertise, caliber of talented professionals and focus on client-centric service for middle-market businesses. Sousa & Weber has an excellent reputation in the Southern California region coupled with high-quality relationships across aerospace and defense, government contractors, real estate and private clients.
