The Solution & Results

Baker Tilly translated the organization’s goals into an executable solution that centralized operations and strengthened reporting and analytics capabilities. Salesforce was implemented to unify data, reduce administrative effort and standardize processes across all school sites. Previous undocumented workflows, managed via paper and Excel, were migrated into a single system to improve tracking of program operations, site performance and outcomes.

The solution also included the design of complementary technology systems to support donations and fundraising events through Classy, as well as community engagement, human resources, partnerships, volunteers and compliance.
