Her expertise includes defined contribution (401(k) and 403(b)), defined benefit, ESOP, and health and welfare plans. She audits over 30 employee benefit plans annually, including 11-K filings.
Cathy has practiced public accounting since 2005. Her focus is employee benefit plans for large and multinational companies, and she is responsible for a number of large and complex employee benefit plan audits. Cathy has experience with a wide variety of employee benefit plans including 401(k) plans, 403(b) plans, profit sharing plans, defined benefit plans, and health and welfare plans. She also has experience with plans requiring 11-k filings with the SEC and has worked on emerging business start-up companies.
