Lars has been helping closely held business owners and high net worth individuals develop their financial plans, manage their assets, and achieve their investment goals since 1993. Lars also provides insurance analysis for his clients and leads the firm’s personal financial planning technical discipline group, which sets the policy and procedures for personal financial planning. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, an Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst, and holds Series 6, 7, 63, 65, and life insurance licenses.
Michelle has worked in the financial services industry since 1993 and is experienced in multi-asset class allocation, portfolio construction, and macroeconomic analysis, as well as traditional and alternative manager due diligence.
As director of investment strategy, Michelle leads our Investment Research and Portfolio Management (IRPM) team and the Investment Committee (IC). She is primarily responsible for aligning investment research and analysis in order to serve the needs of our clients. This includes providing perspectives and analysis on specific asset classes, manager strategies, news related to the investment marketplace, and regulatory issues to the IC. Michelle is a CFA® charterholder.
