John Monahan, CPA, Tax Partner, Moss Adams

John has practiced public accounting since 1988. He advises companies on tax compliance and income tax reporting matters, including tax filing positions, complex transactions, and ASC 740 reporting requirements. He has served clients in the public and private sectors, working with firms and organizations both large and small.

Rebecca Rogers, CPA, Tax Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Rebecca has practiced public accounting since 1995. She assists clients with a wide array of services, including tax compliance and planning for corporations, partnerships, and individuals, as well as consolidated and multi-state tax returns. In addition, she prepares and reviews complex ASC 740 calculations and footnote disclosures, including foreign activity reporting, stock options, revenue recognition, and research and development credits.

Andrew Roush, CPA, Tax Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Andrew has practiced public accounting since 2010, assisting both public and private companies with federal, state, and international compliance issues. He specializes in flow-through entity and corporate taxation, including providing tax provision services under ASC 740 for both private and publicly traded companies. He focuses primarily in the manufacturing, energy, and oilfield service industries.

Brian Parmelee, CPA, Tax Director, Moss Adams

Brian has practiced public accounting since 1997. He provides income tax provision calculations under Accounting for Income Taxes (ASC 740) for public and private companies. Brian has assisted clients with both the interim and year-end calculation of income taxes, implementation of controls and processes around accounting for income taxes, and corporate and flow-through tax compliance and consulting. He primarily works with companies in the energy, manufacturing, and technology industries.
