Marshall is focused on growing the Bank’s customer base by building lasting banking relationships with local commercial and wine-related businesses. Leading an experienced lending team, he directs business development activities and oversees loan structuring and underwriting. Prior to this role, Marshall was a Senior Commercial Banking Manager and Wine Industry Specialist at Bank of Marin, where he helped wineries and winery owners understand market trends and industry-specific metrics to find the best financial solutions for each client’s unique needs.

Michael Brughelli, VP, Central Coast Market Officer, Bank of Marin

Michael has over 15 years of wine industry experience and provides market advisement to Bank of Marin’s Wine Industry Team. Along with his role at Bank of Marin, he is currently a consulting winemaker at Folded Hills Winery in Santa Barbara, CA. Michael is also a Vineyard Consultant at Diamond West Farming in Paso Robles, CA.

Kirk Faris, Senior Manager, Tax Services, Moss Adams

Kirk has been in public accounting since 2006. He specializes in tax compliance and transaction planning for business entities, with an emphasis on flow-through entity structures. He also supports clients with PPP loan forgiveness.

Travis Riley, Principal, Tax Credits & Incentives Services, Moss Adams

Travis has provided research tax credit studies to companies claiming R&D credits since 2006. As an R&D leader, Travis specializes in helping companies and business owners save millions of dollars each year.
