Findley has over 20 years of internal audit and public accounting experience. He is a regional leader of our Life Sciences practice, the consulting group leader for Technology, Life Sciences, and Communication & Media practices, and the Business Risk Services National Practice Leader leading our technical accounting, IPO/SPAC Readiness, and internal audit groups. Findley specializes in technical accounting and IPO/SPAC Readiness, internal audit and SOX consulting, business process reengineering, and health care internal audit.

Jeremy Kuhlmann, CPA, Partner, Moss Adams

Jeremy has practiced public accounting since 2004, serving life sciences, technology, and advanced manufacturing companies ranging from venture-backed, early-stage start-ups to multinational public entities. He has extensive experience with complex accounting and financial reporting matters, including revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, and debt/equity transactions. He also has a wealth of experience with public filings, including initial public offerings.

Amanda Rose, JD, Corporate Partner, Fenwick & West

Amanda is a recognized, focused and innovative leader in the capital markets and life sciences space. She advises life sciences and technology companies with respect to corporate finance, SEC reporting and governance matters. Amanda has represented issuers and underwriters in a wide variety of public and private financing transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary offerings, SPACs, at-the-market offerings, private investment in public equity (PIPEs), and preferred stock and debt financings.
