At some point, all health care organization must determine how to monitor and complete internal audits of referral source contracts—both proactively and during an investigation.

To help you prepare, our on-demand webcast will provide a brief background of the False Claims Act, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and the emerging importance of the Eliminating Kickback in Recovery Act of 2018.

We’ll discuss how each of these can affect fair market value, physician contracts, remuneration, and other risk areas.
