He has worked on numerous transactions for leading private equity firms and companies ranging from closely-held businesses to multi-billion dollar corporations. Abe’s experience includes assisting private equities, strategic buyers, and corporations with their acquisition and divesture processes, including initial deal analysis, due diligence, and restructuring.
Francis provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital raising advisory services for aerospace and defense (A&D) business owners, public corporations, and A&D-focused private equity firms. His experience includes M&A, take-privates, leveraged buyouts, minority interest transactions, private placements and public capital raises. Francis has been active in the industry for more than a decade and has a deep understanding of the global market and business dynamics shaping the A&D industry.
Scott focuses on the firm’s aerospace and defense and industrial growth investing initiatives. He’s also responsible for establishing quality relationships with business owners and executives, sourcing and executing private equity transactions, and assisting in the transformational growth of middle market companies. In addition to being a partner at Blue Sea Capital, Scott is also a member of the firm’s investment committee.
Scott graduated with his degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and has spent his entire career in the Aerospace industry. He’s currently the President and CEO for Northstar Aerospace, a leading manufacturer of gears, transmission, and components for the global aerospace industry.
