Melissa has practiced public accounting since 1998 and provides professional services to a wide variety of not-for-profit clients, primarily institutions of higher education, associations, and foundations. Along with providing accounting and consulting services, Melissa conducts a wide variety of audits, including federal compliance audits.

Tammy Erickson, CPA, PMP, Partner, Moss Adams

Tammy has worked in public accounting since 1993 and leads the Washington region’s not-for-profit and government practices. She provides accounting, auditing, and consulting services to higher education, quasi-governmental, health care and other not-for-profit organizations, including employee benefit plans. Specifically, she coordinates and supervises audits, consults on internal controls, and provides continuing education classes for various organizations.

Lauren Haverlock, CPA, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Lauren has practiced public accounting since 2004. She provides compliance and consulting services for all types of exempt organizations, including public charities in the health care and higher education industries. Lauren consults on a wide range of issues including public support planning, reasonable compensation best practices, tax impact of alternative investments, lobbying and political activities, unrelated business income tax planning, foreign activities, charity watchdog optimization, and tax-exempt bond compliance.

Matthew Dinsdale, CPA, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Matthew has practiced public accounting since 2008. He specializes in providing assurance services to not-for-profit organizations, foundations, universities, and research institutions.

Arthur Ngo, CPA, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Arthur has practiced public accounting since 2007. He specializes in financial statement and performance audits, single audits, internal controls evaluations, and financial reporting for a variety of clients, including not-for-profit organizations, education agencies, and higher education institutions.
