Fabian Reinisch, Legal Counsel, BitPanda

Fabian Reinisch is Head of Legal at Bitpanda, the leading trading platform for digital assets and first Unicorn in Austria. Fabian Reinisch is an expert in the field of digital assets, blockchain and platform business. Fabian Reinisch's activities include corporate development, expansion into various European and international markets as well as the development and implementation of business models in the field of digital assets. He is also the author of various publications in the field of digitalization.

Erin Fennimore, Head of Information Reporting Tax Solutions, TaxBit

Erin Fennimore is the Global Head of Information Reporting at TaxBit. She leads the expansion of tax software solutions in emerging and ever-changing crypto markets both domestically and abroad, and helps scale TaxBit’s information reporting. Erin brings over 10 years of expertise and experience in the area of information reporting and withholding. Prior to joining TaxBit, she led the Global Tax Reporting group at Moss Adams, where she focused on the private equity and venture capital sector, as well as advising multinational corporations and financial institutions on compliance with information reporting and withholding regulations. Erin also worked at IHS Markit—formerly Compliance Technologies International—where she designed, tested, and implemented tax software solutions for tax due diligence, withholding, and information reporting.

Jill Dymtrow, Director of Tax Information Reporting, Gemini

Jill Dymtrow is an Information Reporting and Withholding subject matter expert. She started in Tax in the Banking group at PwC in NYC in 2000 and found an early focus on Information Reporting and Withholding with the recently updated 1441 regulations and the evolving Qualified Intermediary program. She left PwC to focus on IRW software solutions, starting Compliance Technologies International in 2005. In 2014 Compliance Technologies International was acquired by Markit, so she continued this work under the new umbrella of IHS|Markit CTI Tax Solutions. In September of 2018 Jill started as a Director to co-lead a new IRW practice at Moss Adams that focused on client consulting, information reporting, documentation, withholding, and general implementation of compliance in the areas of 1441/FATCA/CRS. In July, Jill transferred to Gemini which is a next generation cryptocurrency exchange and custodian that allows customers to buy, sell, and store crypto where she is the Director of Tax Information Reporting.
