Letizia has practiced public accounting since 2004. She provides income tax consulting and compliance services to technology and beauty product companies. Her experience includes income tax provision compliance, federal and state tax credits and incentives, and transaction planning.

Michael Pihowich, CPA, Managing Director, Moss Adams

Michael has over 25 years of business experience and has focused on buy-side and sell-side transactions with private equity firms and corporate clients since 2007. Prior to joining Moss Adams, Michael led the transaction services practice for a Southern California-based CPA firm.
