Ryan Luetkemeyer, CPA, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Ryan has practiced public accounting since 2001 and provides professional services exclusively to Tribal governments and their enterprises. His experience includes performing financial and compliance audits in accordance with the Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS) and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Uniform Guidance for Federal Awards, assisting clients with technical financial reporting matters, and implementing accounting policies and procedures. Ryan has experience with fraud investigations that focus on various forms of cash and inventory misappropriation and assisting Tribal governments in implementing strategies of lean accounting and by implementing standard practices.

Jerry Roberts, CPA, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Jerry has practiced accounting since 2010 and provides assurance services to Tribal governments and enterprises. He’s responsible for all phases of audit engagement execution, assisting clients with technical financial reporting matters, and implementing accounting policies and procedures. Jerry has extensive experience performing financial and compliance audits in accordance with GAGAS and the OMB Uniform Guidance for federal awards.

Telly Meier, Program Manager, Indian Tribal Governments, Internal Revenue Service

Telly has served Indian Country for almost 16 years. He has been part of Indian Tribal Government’s (ITG’s) leadership team since 2016. Prior to joining management, Telly served as a tax law specialist to the ITG director.
