Garit has over 25 years of experience as an M&A professional. He advises company owners on successful strategies for increasing shareholder value, while accounting for the human wants and needs in business transactions. Garit’s transactional specialties are technology-enabled manufacturing and business services, and e-commerce consumer products and services.
