Rebecca Pomering, Partner; Chief Practice Officer, Moss Adams

Rebecca oversees the firm’s client service and growth strategies. She’s responsible for implementation and growth of the firm’s national industry practices, as well as the firmwide marketing and business development functions. She leads the firm’s effort to deliver a differentiated client experience that’s uniquely focused on client needs and the emerging issues facing them and their businesses.

Elizabeth Dollar, CPA, Partner; National Practice Leader, Not-for-Profit; Partner in Charge, San Francisco and Walnut Creek, Moss Adams

Liz has practiced public accounting since 2000. Her focus is financial statement and compliance audits for not-for-profit organizations including both public and private foundations, trade associations, multiservice not-for-profit entities, health care organizations, and universities. Liz audits many organizations receiving federal funding under Uniform Guidance for Federal Awards (formerly OMB Circular A-133).

Julie Castro Abrams, CEO, How Women Lead

Julie is a gender and racial justice activist who has spent most of her career working to build great women owned companies and economic access for women. She works with top executive women to change structures that are unequal. Her leadership impact includes changing laws on women on corporate boards, doing movement building to ensure women put board service on their path, and placing women on boards. She is an expert on building boards that add a strategic advantage including proactive searches for women on corporate boards.
