Gassen Mosbahi, Partner, Moss Adams

Gassen has practiced public accounting since 2005. He assists private equity companies and strategic buyers through all phases of the acquisition process, including initial deal analysis, financial and accounting due diligence, valuation, identification of synergies, and integration.

Prior to joining Moss Adams, Gassen was a director at a Big Four firm where his work included financial due diligence, restructuring, and corporate finance projects. He has worked on multiple cross-border transactions involving the United States, France, Finland, Germany, Belgium, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Greece, and Vietnam. Gassen’s experience includes deals ranging from $10 million to $3 billion.

Jana Wright, CPA, Partner, Moss Adams

Jana has practiced public accounting since 2007. She provides assurance and advisory services to clients in the consumer products industry and leads the firm’s Beauty and Personal Care sector. Jana’s specific experience includes managing audit and review engagements, acquisition accounting, cash flow projection preparation, and evaluating internal control and financial reporting processes. Her key to success is building strong, long-lasting client relationships. Jana is actively involved in the firm’s mentor program as well as a leader in the firm’s Inclusion and Diversity initiative.

Lauren Beauchamp, Vice President, Norwest

Lauren is part of the growth equity team, where she focuses on investments across a broad range of sectors, with an emphasis on beauty, personal care, and wellness brands. She brings a strong foundation in finance and strategic analysis, drawing on prior experience in investment banking and consulting.

Prior to Norwest, she worked in investment banking at Jefferies and in strategy consulting and valuations at PwC. Lauren holds both a master’s in economics and a B.S. in business administration from Cal Poly.
