Patty Mayer, CPA, Director, Moss Adams

Patty has practiced public accounting since 1984. She provides tax and related tax planning services with an emphasis on not-for-profit and Tribal organizations. Patty works predominately with public charities, private foundations, and Tribal organizations. She is a leader of the Moss Adams Southern California not-for-profit tax practice and a member of the firm’s not-for-profit tax committee.

Ryan Stedman, CPA, Senior Manager, Moss Adams

Ryan has practiced public accounting since 2013. She provides tax compliance, research, and consulting services to a wide variety of clients with an emphasis on not-for-profit entities. Ryan works with higher education, public charities, health care industry entities and private foundations. She also practices in exempt status structuring, application, and maintenance. Ryan consults on a wide range of issues including public support planning, reasonable compensation best practices, tax impact of alternative investments, lobbying and political activities, unrelated business income tax planning, and foreign activities.
