Kristi implements CPM solutions that enable businesses to gain enhanced analytics and business insights by streamlining financial planning and analysis processes, automating data collection and consolidation, and providing real-time visibility into key performance metrics.
Prior to joining the firm, Kristi was a business manager, financial analyst, administrator of BI, and member of the leadership team at a media company.
Brian has experience selecting, maintaining, and deploying financial system solutions, and provides management consulting services to public, private, and not-for-profit clients. He implements corporate performance management solutions that allow for enhanced analytics and business insights. He also has extensive experience managing complex technology projects from software selection through implementation.
Brian’s implementation expertise includes financial and operational reporting, budget and reforecast modeling, system integrations, consolidations, allocations, workflow, and dashboard visualization.
