Theresa has practiced public accounting since 1996 and specializes in employee benefit plan audits. She has deep expertise with defined contribution, defined benefit, and health and welfare plans, auditing more than 50 plans annually, including 11-K filings. She also leads firmwide benefit plan education and serves as the Seattle practice leader.
Dominic has practiced accounting since 1994, working with midsized companies in technology, life sciences, manufacturing, and consumer products. He specializes in financial audits, operational improvements, cost-savings initiatives, and due diligence. He also leads the Phoenix office’s employee benefit plan practice. Before joining the firm, he served as CFO of a multi-operational company involved in manufacturing, distribution, and consumer products.
Victor has a strong technical background and extensive experience with the latest technology systems and trends. Victor’s experience includes requirements gathering, business process design, user acceptance testing, production rollout and implementation, system stabilization, client support, and ongoing enhancements for equity compensation and benefits systems.
Katie has been working in employee benefit plan audits since 2011, including Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and non-ERISA audits of defined contribution, defined benefit, and employee stock ownership plans.
She has worked extensively on complex matters such as plan mergers, liquidations, spin-offs, and asset transfers. Her expertise also includes complex plan investments, compliance reviews, and support for IRS and US Department of Labor examinations.
David has been serving the institutional retirement plan marketplace since 2003. He combines expertise in plan design, administration, investments, and retirement planning to deliver customized solutions for clients. Before joining the firm, he consulted with plan sponsors and intermediaries on plan design, compliance, investment reviews, fee benchmarking, and fiduciary education at a major financial services organization.
