Ryan has advised businesses and owners since 2004. He’s a trusted business consultant to various food, beverage, agricultural, timber, and manufacturing and distribution businesses.
Ryan provides federal and state tax-related compliance, consulting, and planning services, including those related to tax-saving opportunities, entity structure, and growing and preserving taxpayer wealth.
Colin has practiced public accounting since 2013, with a cross-industry focus on state and local tax (SALT) and credits and incentives consulting. Colin has broad experience across SALT, including both direct and indirect taxes. He has helped clients determine state tax exposure through nexus, apportionment, taxability, and modeling studies.
Michael works at JP Morgan in the corporate derivative marketing group within the Corporate Investment Bank, specializing in the education and application of foreign exchange risk management practices for corporates with international exposures. Michael covers middle market and mid-cap sized companies across the Midwest and the Pacific Northwest, helping corporate clients hedge currency risk related to cross-border M&A, forecasted exposures, third-party and intercompany financing, net equity investments, and digital payments solutions. Michael is based out of Chicago and has been with the firm for eight years.
Kerri is the Pacific Northwest regional chair and region manager of the middle market banking group serving the Pacific Northwest. She joined JP Morgan Chase in January 2023, and brings over 25 years of banking experience. As regional chair, Kerri provides oversight and governance to the market leadership teams across the Pacific Northwest, and works with JP Morgan Chase teams to deliver the breadth of expertise of the firm locally to our clients, our employees, and the communities where we live and do business.
