Sharon has practiced public accounting since 2001. She has experience directing all phases of audits, including control testing, fieldwork, and report preparation. She works primarily with apparel and consumer-based companies, including those with retail, hospitality, and manufacturing and distribution operations. Sharon is actively involved with her clients from planning to ultimate engagement completion as well as throughout the year.

Kris Dunning, Principal, Baker Tilly

Kris has spent his entire career with the firm, starting in 1989 in the Seattle office before transferring to San Francisco, where he started the local technology practice and led those for manufacturing and distribution, as well as retail.

Kris provides assurance and business advisory services to both public and private companies in a variety of industries. His close, hands-on approach to client relationships enables him to effectively and creatively advise clients on a wide range of business matters. Kris has extensive experience reviewing and presenting financial statements with shareholders, boards of directors, and audit committees.
