Tym has worked in the telecommunications industry since 2010, in both corporate and consulting settings. He provides regulatory compliance assistance to telecommunications companies throughout the country including wireline incumbent local exchange carriers (ILECs), competitive local exchange carriers (CLECs), and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) providers. Tym specializes in access rate and tariff development, universal service reform analysis, and broadband availability and location reporting.
