Abe is a leader of Moss Adams Transaction Advisory Services, with more than 15 years focused on buy-side and sell-side due diligence advisory. He has worked on numerous transactions for leading private equity firms and companies operating in a variety of industries including higher education, aerospace and defense, technology, manufacturing & distribution, and health care. Abe’s experience includes assisting private equities, strategic buyers, and corporations with their acquisition and divesture processes, including initial deal analysis, due diligence, and restructuring.

Pat Caudle, Controller & Director of Financial Operations, University of Redlands

Pat Caudle has served the University of Redlands for the past 36 years. She has held the position of Controller for the past 25+ years. Primarily responsibilities include treasury, debt and investment management, compliance and audit and finance policies. She has previously held various positions with Redlands including Accounts Payable Clerk, Accounting Coordinator, Accountant, and Associate Controller.
